Congratulations to ETA’s Gozde Barim (ESDR) and ESA’s Chaochao Dun (Molecular Foundry), Katherine Sytwu (Molecular Foundry), and Jennifer Wacker (Chemical Sciences) for being selected as participants in this year’s Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting as part of the UC President’s Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting Fellowship program. The postdocs will attend the in-person meeting and have the opportunity to meet about 30 Nobel Laureates around the world from June 26 to July 1. EESA researcher Michael Whittaker, who was selected last year when meetings were virtual, will also attend this year’s in-person meeting.
Once every year, Nobel Laureates are invited to meet the next generation of leading scientists from all over the world. Last year’s meeting was virtual due to COVID restrictions, but this year’s event is planned to be in person.
